BI Developer - Glasgow - 3 Month Contract
Our Public Sector client is offering an exciting opportunity for a BI Developer to join their Glasgow based team on a 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
Essential
- In depth experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence stack; SQL Server, Reporting Services, Power BI, Integration Services, Analysis Services
- Experience in the design and operation of a Data Warehouse database and SSAS Cubes.
- Experience in gathering, analysing, designing and delivering requirements for reports from stakeholders.
- A strong analytical approach
- Able to follow instructions and work to strict deadlines
- An effective team player, with experience of working in a cohesive team environment
- Able to self-organise and structure your work
Desirable
- Experience of development within Microsoft Azure; Data Factory, Data Lake & Data Catalogue
- Experience of working to Scrum/Agile methodology
