Collaboration Service Owner - Prague - 12 months +
A Collaboration Service Owner is required for a minimum of 12 months in Prague.
The ideal Collaboration Service Owner will be needed for the following;
Tasks and Responsibilities
. Design the service solution in line with global architecture
. Advise on the use of tools and whether or not to support them as well as design and costs of solutions
. Build and test the first service iteration (before it is handed over to Integration and then Operations pillars)
. Provide clear definition of the service, the primary use cases of the service and the specific business value of those use cases
. Drive service maturity and service metrics
. Manage total capacity, features and resiliency of the service
. Define a strategy that designs all aspects into the service
. Maintain the service catalogue up to date
. Manage assets (hardware or software, people, processes ) of your service
. Lead interaction with external partners and service providers
. Demonstrate expertise in all collaboration solutions that are part of O365, especially SharePoint
. Demonstrate a good understanding of security principles and knowledge of mainstream workplace security products
. Provide expertise and guide the Operations Engineers as part of Critical Incident Management
. Drive platform transformation projects and requests which do not fall into the scope of the Operations team
. Promote the use of the service and engage stakeholders to prevent shadow IT
Requirements
. University degree in a technical subject or comparable working experience
. At least three years of experience in Office 365
. ITIL v3 certification necessary, SharePoint or O365 certification is a plus
. Experience with all collaboration tools of O365 (MS Teams, OneDrive, )
. Very good knowledge of O365 administration
. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online
. Ability to write scripts in PowerShell
. Experience with migrations within O365/SharePoint Online and leading adoption activities within O365 and SharePoint
. Experience with MS Power Platform
. Knowledge of O365 Governance
. Fluency in English (spoken and written), any second language is an advantage (especially French)
