Our client, a successful and innovative UK business has asked us to identify an experienced contract Senior IT Service Desk Analyst to join their impressive IT Team on a full time, contract basis at a competitive rate of up to c£180 per day with no antisocial shifts!

Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Analyst with outstanding communication skills who can talk to both internal and external customers in a polite, friendly and time efficient manner. You will ensure requests are responded to according to agreed SLAs, whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. The successful Senior IT Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st line support to the whole firm and therefore must be able to understand the needs and requirements of the business, process information accurately and ensure all incidents are logged and managed in line with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate may be an existing Service Desk professional with a sizable amount of commercial experience, or Business graduate with some commercial experience looking for their next step.

In return for your experience, a competitive salary of up to £180 per day is on offer plus ongoing training with no late shift patterns.
