The Core Infrastructure team is the cornerstone of the company's IT and is responsible for the company's Network and Hosting Services. The team consists of Architects and Service Managers, together holding the end to end responsibility for the full lifecycle of all services within the Core Infrastructure portfolio.
We are including more and more company Digital Production Sites infrastructure on to the existing IT infrastructure. In order to strengthen the project team for future roll out on additional sites, the company's IT is looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Architect to support the existing Project Team. You will be art of a dynamic team catering to the delivery of the future needs of network infrastructure.

Create detailed plans for integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure
Perform post-implementation reviews, participate in evaluating projects success, identifying best practices and lessons learned. Provide feedback to leadership and incorporate information into future integration plans
Drive standardization
Support building roadmaps
Support service lifecycle management
Create Project Architecture Documentation and Reference Architecture
Analyse system/functional requirements to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization
Recommend alternative technologies and improvements
Thorough understanding of network technologies is a plus
Able to troubleshoot
Strong knowledge of switching is a must
Strong knowledge of fiber standards (multimode, singlemode, etc) is a must
Strong knowledge of the following (not limited to) L2 protocols: Ethernet, STP, VLAN, LACP, LLDP, LLDP MAD, ARP, 802.1X, 802.11
Good knowledge of static routing
Strong knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet knowledge is a plus)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visio is a must
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, VPN, Radius. (Knowledge of Aruba Clearpass is a plus)
CCNP or equivalent by work experience
LAN/WLAN architectures and design
Extensive Enterprise Networks Design at HLD and LLD level
Able to create rack designs
Able to create IP/VLAN plans
Able to understand current fiber documentation and create a fiber path from A to B based on such documentation
Hands on experience with the following: Aruba switches (2930M, 5406r zl2), Aruba Controller-based and Controller-less Wireless solutions, Aruba Wireless Access points (AP305, AP315 and AP515) is a plus
