High level details:
- Support the EE NBP Implementation manager in performing various Technical Readiness activities ranging from BCP, Disaster recovery, Exit strategy, Testing, Process documentation, Incident Management scenarios etc.
- Medium Seniority
- ITIL background/experience required.
- Experience of delivering support models for IT delivery.
- You will come from a strong service management background
