My client requires an experienced IBM Netcool Engineer to join their project.
Within a group of systems and networks experts, we are looking for a Supervision Expert to maintain and develop our platforms. Our team is made up of about twenty network experts, infrastructures, systems and Middleware, in France and abroad, in charge of the N3 construction, integration and exploitation phases, in our Datacenter through different plates. continental and complex environments. Our client is a cloud-based contact center service platform. The practice of English is essential for this position and requires a good oral and written level to the extent that you can interact with international partners.
The mission will be to monitor the infrastructure subjects and ensure the role of supervisor of the team while participating in the development of engineering topics: Follow the projects and report to the management Assume the role of support and referent with operational teams Participate in the choice of technical solutions and changes in supervision
