My client requires an experienced IT engineer to join their project.
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENTS:
You will have the daily management of the computer park, telephony, videoconference, video-projection, sound system, printers, televisions, click-share in connection with:
researchers and other employees (35 people): PC allocation, telephone, creation and closure of accounts, setting up of computer Workstation, mixing posts/outlets, IP Addressing, daily repairs ...
IT service providers and contracted telephony (maintenance of network infrastructure, data storage, cloud, business applications, etc.), ensuring the proper application of the various contracts and proper monitoring of billing
You will manage specific missions: safety-security audit of the site, modernization of GSM reception ...
With good knowledge in the following areas:
usual configurations, systems and office tools
computer networks and telephony (wired IP, Wi-Fi, GSM ...)
video-projection, sound, television and videoconferencing systems
Functional and technical architecture of a Workstation, different versions of operating systems and office tools, business applications
architecture of local IT equipment, IT security standards, local equipment installation and maintenance techniques, diagnose and treat malfunctions
operating systems (Windows, ...)
TECHNICAL AND/OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE NECESSARY:
Theoretical knowledge:
Computer networks and telephony.
Operating systems and office tools.
Information security and safety.
Methodological and organizational skills:
Asset management, brewing
Diagnosis and treatment of dysfunctions
Controlling external contracts
