Rate - £650 per day
Location - Inner London
Description:
Develop and deliver strategy on pay and reward by shaping the approach and policies that take into account the business requirements as well as the remit process. Direct and support teams working on new pay and reward policies. Act as primary point of support to senior managers on pay and reward issues. Be part of the negotiating team for discussing the pay and reward strategy and associated policies.
ESSENTIAL:
Experience in transformational projects - working on Legacy rewards structures and bringing in new processes for a number of different areas of the business
Proven strong stakeholder skills across various levels - strong influencing
Providing leadership to the team (operationally - not a people manager)
Needs to have worked with executive and standard pay grades.
