Factory team manager (French Speaker) - Brussels
We are looking for an experienced Factory team manager for .net factory to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing clients in a progressive and busy international team on a 6months + contract.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience of Microsoft technology
- Reporting to the Expertise Center Manager
- As people manager, he/she will be responsible for the assignations, resource leveling and reporting for all Factory team members, and will make use of standard tooling for this purpose.
- He/she will also play the role of project leader, on different type of projects: Projects developed by factory resources only, projects inside his/her business scope, technical projects.
- His/her role will not be strictly limited to Factory resources, and he/she will actively take part in the .NET Expertise Centre team the same way as the internal Team Managers, for example by stimulating the team, giving advice on team structure and improvements.
