My well established, Berkshire based Client is urgently recruiting for an AWS Connect Telephony specialist to join them on a contractual basis.
The Client is implementing AWS Connect and require an expert to design and implement a solution for multiple call centres as well as achieving some of the following functions amongst others;
- MI Reporting
- Call routing/Hunt Groups/IVR's
- SSO/CA/IP whitelisting/Dashboards/Monoriting
