Job title: IT Technical Specialist

Salary: £43,888
My client are an award winning, financial services provider who are looking to recruit a passionate individual to provide management and support for core Back Office Microsoft Services but with a particular focus around Skype for Business.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for daily management and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Skype for Business on premise and cloud services.
- You will be responsible for ensuring Skype for Business services remains fit for purpose and available 24/7.
- You will be responsible for ensuring audio conferencing and telephony services maintain excellent call quality and accessibility to deliver an excellent user experience.
- You will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge at SME level.
Skills required:
- SIP, CISCO, and Microsoft Codecs
- Avaya
- Strong understanding of QoS, Firewall and network ports
- Integration of Skype via CISCO
- Knowledge as SME in the use of Microsoft S4B
