Network Security Engineer - Brussels and Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only (French desirable)
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience.
- Significant experience in the Networking and Security.
- Firewall (Check Point, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), reverse Proxy (F5, LTM, ASM, APM), forward Proxy (Symantec), routing, switching, security and IT risk.
- Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Cisco ACE, Juniper NetScreen, AlgoSec, F5 load balancer,Fortinet.
Description of work:
- Handling of all the Firewall purposes.
- Security audit, IDS/IPS reporting resolution, performance optimization, process improvement, risk evaluation.
- Firewall policy flow certification, optimization and cleaning.
- Documentation writing (Operational Security Guidelines, Design documents, process, etc).
- Risk Management process.
- Firewall migration to new device.
- Managing routing and security devices.
- Keep Configuration Database aligned with the assets.
- Schedule Life Cycle Management (hardware replacement and patching) for the assets.
- Incident and problem management related to the squad assets.
- Intake and analysis of the requests.
- Translate the requirements into Tasks.
- Put the Task in the Backlog and manage this in relation to the available time-slots for execution.
