Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an Cisco Voice Performance Engineer for a 6+ Month onsite contract role. Candidate will be a senior level resource should come in with working knowledge of SPCs, Cubes and managing connectivity to the carriers. They should have strong troubleshooting skills. Candidate will also be working with emergency response and unity, the voicemail system.
Responsibilities:
Plans and implements enterprise Voice networks and related hardware and software.
Designs and documents Voice architecture.
Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps.
Provides recommendations to optimize voice infrastructure.
Tests and tunes voice devices and systems for optimal performance.
Programs voice systems as required. Implements voice communications technologies. Manages voice services from planning phase through implementation.
Qualifications:
Cisco 10.5 CCM and UCCE (Project to upgrade to 12.x)
