Voice Performance Engineer
Looking for a candidate with Cisco 10.5, CCM and UCCE. You will work on a project to upgrade to 12.x. You will plan and implement voice networks.
Plans and implements enterprise Voice networks and related hardware and software. Designs and documents Voice architecture. Performs assessments on existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps. Provides recommendations to optimize voice infrastructure. Tests and tunes voice devices and systems for optimal performance. Programs voice systems as required. Implements voice communications technologies. Manages voice services from planning phase through implementation.
Current Environment:
Cisco 10.5 CCM and UCCE (Project to upgrade to 12.x)
Day to Day: This senior level resource should come in with working knowledge of SPCs, Cubes and managing connectivity to the carriers. They should have strong troubleshooting skills. They will also be working with CCM emergency response and unity, the voicemail system.
