Helpdesk Support Technician required to join a fast paced, creative Agency on a 3 month contract in Central London.
Employed on a full time basis within a Windows and Mac environment, the Helpdesk Technician will support a global shared services model, providing efficient IT service delivery to a large user base.
Responsibilities will include:
- 1st Line support
- Logging tickets and prioritising work-flow
- delegating queries through to 2nd and 3rd line
- Registering access for new users
- Hardware and software installation
- Application support
- Android and Iphone installation
- Upgrading software programmes
- Running scripts
- Assisting with procurement of hardware
