People Source Consulting are looking for a E-learning Developer with an understanding of Agile Product Delivery and Open Source Technology to take on a 6 month contract with our client in Winchester.
Description:
Your role will be to research, design and develop a new E-learning Platform for our client in the Defence Sector. liaising with the wider business to gain valuable analysis and implement lessons learned in to a user-friendly learning platform.
Day to day role:
*Manage the development of blended E-learning content from start to finish. Analyse, design, develop and deploy blended learning (BL) course for Logistic (Supply) Civilian Training Foundation by 31 Mar 2020.
*Submit high level design documents and methods and media documents. Complete Scripting of courseware versions and deliver course products.
*Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage project schedules, communicate progress, actions and sign off processes.
*Work designers and content specialists to design, control and develop online blended learning course using the instructional design documentation provided.
*Use Creative Cloud and Captivate, other relevant software tools and learning technologies to develop, enhance, manage, version control and store learning materials.
*Maintain quality assurance to ensure that all content migrated to the learning management system meets the UK MoD's Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and the associated Quality Management Standard (QMS).
*Support training solution integration & acceptance activities.
*Adhere to and promote governance, configuration and change control processes, complying with all relevant UK Defence and Government information security policies.
*Experience in conducting detailed knowledge, skills and attitude analysis to produce training content to ensure the requirement is fully met
*Proficient in the use of industry standard Captivate 2017, Adobe CC
In return:
*£300pd

*Some remote working on Arrangement
