Description
Currently seeking an SC cleared Java Developer to assist my client with their project, based on site at their offices in Hook, Hampshire; due to commence early 2020 on a 3 month contract.
Due to the nature of the role and the time scale and requirements issued by the client, candidates have been advised to hold current SC Clearance for this role.

Overview:
- Java Developer
- Knowledge of UI development
- Experience of working in an iterative or agile delivery environment.
- Hands on programming experience with Java and its related technology stack
- Knowledge of the Pivotal Spring framework Experience with serverside development
- Knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap, Restful)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS/JS Frameworks
- Knowledge of Atlassian product suite (eg JIRA, Confluence) and solution documentation tools.
- Experience with JENKINS and GIT An analytical problem solver, able to identify and resolve issues in a deployed environment.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of micro services
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server)
- Knowledge of VAADIN Framework
- Experience creating solution diagrams such as sequence diagrams, flowcharts, swim lane diagrams.
Required Skills:
- An analytical problem solver, able to identify and resolve issues in a deployed environment.
- Hands on programming experience with Java and its related technology stack
- Experience of designing and implementing integrated solutions to various external products and platforms
