My Automobile Services client seeks a dynamic, technically astute and seasoned professional Android Developer with 5-6 years solid Android coding and Android Studio Development. Any Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Rest, JSON, API & Java skills are a huge bonus but not essential.
The ideal Android Studio Developer will be playing a key role within new development, the developer will join the in-situ dev team and work on both new and existing mobile/tablet products. The key assignment for this position is to work on telemetry data in building and modelling GPS data from the handset.
Candidates for this role will be an experienced Contract Android Developer. Any Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Rest, JSON, API & Java skills are a huge bonus but not essential.

- Java
- Room
- Fragments
- Multi-threading
- Consuming RESTful JSON APIs
- Development best practice
- Agile software engineering frameworks
- Software development life cycle.
- Technical architecture and design skills.
- Modelling techniques (UML, ERD, UDM)
- Professional and/or relevant vendor certification, eg Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert or equivalent, highly desirable
