- €30- €50 per hour (dependent on experience)

WHO WE ARE?
We are a multi-national consultancy who specialise in the defence and security spheres. Our glowing reputation has allowed us to work with household names across the private and public sector. We have recently acquired a large scale project with a prestigious end client, who require an SMC Senior Analyst with valid Security Clearance (preferably NATO) to join the team on a freelance/contract basis.
AS A CONTRACT SERVICE MANAGEMENT ANALYST, YOU WILL DOING.
I am currently recruiting for an Service Management Analyst to assist with analysing, developing and daily management reporting infrastructure and BMC ITSM and MyIT. You will be performing manually assisted data collections where automation cannot be implemented (end-end) or for ad-hoc analysis requirements, in close coordination with service lines. You will be ensuring that system services are delivered in a standardised way, in accordance with the Agency Guidance on the implementation of ITIL service management processes.
WE NEED THE CONTRACT SERIVCE MANAGEMENT ANALYST TO HAVE.
Must have:
- 1ST-3RD Line Support experience
- Strong communication skills
- SLA Operations support experience
- Microsoft Experience
- IT Service Management Processes
- Security clearance (Preferably NATO Secret)
Nice to Have:
- University Degree in Computer Science
- At least 5 years IT - related experience
- Knowledge of concepts of central management
- Stakeholder management
