E-learning Technologist - Turnitin, Service Desk, VLE - London
My client has an urgent requirement for a IT Support Analyst to provide support, and handle requests received by the 1st Line team. The successful candidate will have experience providing IT and E-learning Support across a range of services in a large organisation.
Key skills:
*Detailed knowledge of types of services provided by Digital Education
*Hardware, applications, databases, operating systems, local area networks
*Software, Hardware and licensing
*Experience using a service desk call logging and tracking systems
*Handling user administration request
*Client facing, excellent communication skills
It would be beneficial if you have understanding of ITIL and applications such as Moddle, Lecturecast, Turnitin.
