Putting together contract and tender documents
Maintain contract documents
Looking at KPIs
Invitation to tender stage aswell
Supporting the commercial activity throughout the procurement
Security Clearance: SC
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working within a commercial team to deliver programme objectives;
- Supporting colleagues to achieve targets in relevant timescales;
- Developing successful working relationships with external suppliers.
- Contributing to procurement and contract strategies;
- Compiling and issuing tenders; Administering contract amendments;
- Providing commercial advice and guidance to the wider business;
- Ensuring all procurement activities are within budget;
- Ensuring all activity undertaken is in line with government regulations and best practice.
- The role is to support a CAT A Procurement via the OJEU Route.
Key tasks which they would be involved in would be
- Drafting and reviewing contract documents for the PQQ and ITT in line with commercial policy;
- support management of contracts with external SMEs such as legal; insurance providers and AWARD;
- supporting the collection and answering of clarification questions;
- Tender Evaluation activities; supporting the transition between the current contract and replacement contract by supporting the management of demobilisation and mobilisation plan;
- supporting the developing of the Full Business Case and Approvals Process; schedule and risk reviews;
- CP&F activities and all other tasks required to support the Commercial activities and project team throughout the procurement process.
