React Developer - London - 6 months - £ pd Ltd
Advantage Resourcing currently has an opening available for a React Developer to join a prestigious Oil & Gas major. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global company - initially on a 6 months contract out of their London offices.
What you'll do:
. Taking complex products from an early prototype discovery phase to a scale-ready production product
. Learn about the customer's pains and gains
. Build products which solve real-world problems
. Work autonomously in a small cross-functional team
. Contribute to the engineering and technical decisions across multiple teams
. You will write great code and have fun doing it!
Who you are:
. You are an experienced JavaScript Developer with a track record of taking complex products from an early prototype discovery phase to a scale-ready production product
. You know how to balance quality and speed, and agree that unit tests as well as E2E tests will help you with more maintainable code
. You have experience with React, Redux, NodeJS and typed languages (Typescript, Flow). But ultimately you can choose the right tool for the job
. You know how to setup your own CI and CD pipelines and you have already worked with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure)
. You ideally have experience dealing with offline-first Progressive Web Apps and service workers
. You enjoy learning about the customer's pains and gains, and building products which solve real-world problems
. You can work autonomously in a small cross-functional team and can communicate well with team members
. Equally you are able to effectively contribute to the engineering and technical decisions across multiple teams
