Roles and Duties:
*Provide 3rd Line support for BAU activities
*Respond to service requests and incidents
*Define system processes
*Manage the product of detailed technical specifications
*Ensure that the appropriate ITIL based service management processes are in place
Experience and Skills:
*Knowledge of Windows Server 2
*Hyper V and VMWare virtualisation knowledge
*NetBackup knowledge
*Public sector client experience would be helpful
