Description

Role: Office 365 and Data Consultant
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Duration: 3 month rolling contract

One of Spring Technologies large clients are currently recruiting for an Office 365 and Data Consultant, responsible for ensuring there is effective use of the Office 365 training material that is available on the Group websites and to work with indivuals and Teams as required to help them understand how the new application suite can improve their efficiency as a department. Key responsibilities include -

*Outline an adoption strategy to drive adoption of office 365, taking into account different personas. ie remote workers, mobile device workers
*Provide specific recommendations on data storage and promote SharePoint or Teams to aid the reduction of file Servers
*Assist in the creation of Sharepoint sites, provide guidance on governance and administration requirements on products
*Provide support with managing file server permissions whilst migration activities take place

Skills/Experience -

*Deep knowledge in O365 technologies with experience of all 5 core apps as a minimum. Including details on data governance and retention
*Experience of consulting and training on O365 in a large, complex business environment
*Experience with O365 migrations and onboarding activities
*Experience working with Active Directory and specifically managing object permissions
