Key accountabilities:

We are looking for a dynamic service desk analyst that has been working in the IT professional services environment for at least 6 months.

The individual must be proactive and have the determination to succeed and push himself/herself.

He/she will have first class customer service skills above ALL else and will possess a clear and eloquent manner when taking calls from the user base.


  • MS Office experience (currently using Office 13 & 16)
  • Windows support experience (currently on W7 and W10)
  • Experience with Active Directory (password resets/unlocks and Exchange permissions)
  • Citrix exposure desirable (Xen Server/Xen Desktop)
  • Mobility support experience - Smart devices
  • Must be happy to commute to Barkingside
  • Must be happy with a 7.25 hours work day (8 working hours + 45 minutes lunch)
  • The role will cover shifts between 07.30 hrs to 17.30 hrs.

Information Security

This position is within the defined scope of Plan-Net's Information Security Management System (ISMS). The post holder is responsible for being at all times compliant with Plan-Net's Information Security Policy and all other policies, processes and documentation which relates to information security within the Company as outlined in the Plan-Net Staff Manual.
