Description
My client is looking for a dedicated Deskside technician to join their team in Harrogate. You will be expected to support customers by visiting their machines to solve support related problems or resolve issues remotely from laptops to desktop issues.
Your main project will be Windows 10 deployments.
You will have
- Experience of working mainly as 1st/2nd line processes.
- Windows and Microsoft office experience.
- Excellent customer service experience with that being over the phone or face to face.
- The confidence to deal with tickets accordingly.
you may need to travel for this role, therefore you require a driving licence
