Security Architect (Outside IR35)
Security architect required for a well - known cliet, with experience in big data and infrastructure design/assurance.
You will work within the Security Architecture domain and provide first line security architectural support into the wider enterprise security framework. You will support the Lead Architect in developing security patterns that underpin the objectives of the business. You will be able to articulate complex technical risk to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner and be comfortable discussing technical mitigating actions amongst your new team of infrastructure, big data, data governance, DevOps and platform architects/engineers. You will work to ensure alignment of all solutions with the established business security standards, policy and security framework.
Skills & Experience Required
Big data platform security/infrastructure experience would be highly advantageous
Experience with both Azure and AWS based cloud infrastructure
Ability to prepare IT Health Check scoping documentation and experience of working with IT Health Check/Penetration Testing teams and reviewing outputs
Experience with Government Department security risk assessment and frameworks
Ability and willingness to achieve SC clearance is highly preferential
