Lead Front End Developer

As one of Vodafone's key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for a Lead Front End Developer to work on an initial contract running up until .

Role Purpose

Designs and visualises output from complex Big Data models and algorithms in highly interactive, custom-built web applications, serving as a hands-on data visualisation expert across all Vodafone markets.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Design, develop, and implement highly interactive, custom-built data visualisations leveraging experience in:
  • Web development
  • Development environments and tools
  • Interactive visualisation tools
  • Database management
  • ETL processes and APIs
  • Partners with data scientists, across the globe to make large complex data more understandable to technical and non-technical audiences and presents them in an engaging way.
  • Manages and grows a data visualisation library, with self-service tools and templates.
  • Manages technical implementation requirements.

Must have technical/professional qualifications

  • Strong experience with D3 JS
  • WebGL and or THREE JS
  • Design skills with a portfolio of visuals/interfaces.
  • Python/Node.js/Linux experience with a background in computer science.
  • Experience as a prototype developer lead Front End developer or as a full-stack developer.
