Description
Workday Consultant required for 3-4 in Watford. The key focus will be an HR transformation project where you will be required to attend all HR Transformation workshops, acting as the Workday Functional Lead. You will be tasked with presenting options around 'what is possible' in Workday.
EXPERIENCE:
- As an experienced Workday Consutltant you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Workday (full end to end project life cycle)
- You will have experience of HR transformation programs
- Project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Experience working with large global companies
- Must have experience working with large global companies
- Extensive knowledge of implementing Core HR end to end modules, ie HCM, Talent & Performance Management, Recruitment, and Compensation & Self-Service
- Experience in implementing, configuring, supporting and testing business processes in Workday
- Workday and ADP Payroll integration experience would be advantageous
- Must be able to influence and guide others to ensure optional solutions in Workday are adopted.
- Experience of working alongside geographically dispersed HR leadership teams (eg US)
