Workday Support Specialist
My client is currently seeking an experienced Workday support specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract (scope for extensions). They are working in a niche and exciting industry and need an individual to drive automation and improve functionality of their current HCM tool (Workday).
Role & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical and data issues.
- Configuration and development of business processes in Workday.
- Provide support as Subject Matter Expert for Workday functions.
- Develop custom reports as needed to meet requirements of the HR team.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Workday HRIS experience
- Ability to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solution.
