Description

1. Work in procedures manuals preparation and maintenance and collaborate with the Client Reporting Team Leader in identifying process improvements.
2. Report and maintain proper communication to management regarding any operational related topics, including risks which may impact the deliverables.
3. Work closely with internal clients in Client Service, Fund Admin, Systems to ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and improvement of service levels.
4. Assist in the review of work completed by junior level staff members and follow all internal policies, procedures and directions as required.
5. Ensure all client documentation is updated and accessible.
6. Ensure staff adherence to all established procedures and controls.
7. Develop key metric reporting to track volumes, service levels, and issues.
8. Review and escalate any potential client reporting issues to Management.
9. Utilize relevant internal technological solutions to effectively and efficiently manage client reporting needs and deliverables
10. Identify ways to improve productivity and efficiency within the department
11. Assist in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversion
12. Hold monthly staff meetings and 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
13. Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, and assist new staff members in learning job specific tasks.
14. Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports.
15. Ensure training and cross training of employees on relevant job functions to develop breadth and depth of knowledge.
16. Foster a supportive and interactive atmosphere that encourages staff to share ideas and concerns with the team and management.
8+ years of experience in Client Reporting or Reporting Hub teams. Out of this more than 4 years should be in managing teams and international client
1. Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated.
2. Proven ability to problem solve and recommend solutions.
3. Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Willingness and ability to work in a client-driven, deadline-oriented environment.
7. Very good command of English and ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
8. Comprehensive working knowledge of Excel.
9. Knowledge in VBA and SQL is highly appreciated
10. Supervisory experience preferred.
11. Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
12. Capital market & Custody operations experience required
