SOA Architect - Technical Architect - Solutions Architect - Up to €500 DOE
This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious EU Institutions in Europe.
We are on the lookout for a SOA/Technical/Solution Architect with at least 13 recent years of experience in the design and development of Architecture, + either a Bachelors or Master's degree.

You will be in charge of the following assignations:
- Design and development of component architecture and building blocks for the web content management system.
- Analysis of user functional and non-functional requirements regarding the site. Data analysis and Datamodelling.
- Provision of quality and security assessments, control tests, evaluations and service level agreements associated with the Departments established Drupal infrastructure services and PHP.
- Production of technical documentation (ie architecture documents, components/building blocks related documents, etc).
- Architecture and design of information system Review of the architecture of existing systems
- Technical interface between the project leader and the developers
- Participation in technical working groups and meetings with the users. project sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and professional experience of testing methods like BDD & TDD.
- Knowledge of XML and MySQL
- Knowledge of JIRA and GIT/SVN
- Knowledge of web services and JMS with Weblogic, Eclipse Ant, Junit.
- Knowledge of search engines (like Solr or Elastic) is a big asset.
- Knowledge and proven professional experience of Agile development methodologies and SCRUM
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture, modelling tools and design of Internet applications
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of Relational DBMS
- Fluency in English, knowledge of French
- Good knowledge of Drupal CMS, PHP, JavaScript and Elastic Search.
- Good knowledge of Business process analysis
