Client has undergone a migration of SAP ERP Systems from onPremises to SAP Business on HANA
and plan to further improve the Roadmap by assessing our Customers Requirements and improving our Support Model.
Task:
° Understand the End to End Business Drivers for our customers to be in Azure.
Then translating them into Technical Requirements.
° Analyse and implement an improved SAP Support Methodology
° Drive innovation to optimize, automate and standardize the Operational Delivery Processes
° Identify top issues, Definition of the Milestones and Deliverables to achieve this.
° Assist in coordinating SAP technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly defining and implementing change
° Define automated Front to End monitoring to address application/system health checks to both recommend and execute required remedial actions in achieving a stable and resilient platform
° Assist in coordinating SAP technical activities with 3rd Parties towards seamlessly implementing change and formulating change requests
° Optimize and configure SAP Landscape based on best practices to achieve simplicity, massive scale, resiliency and maintainability
° Act as the Subject Matter Expert for running SAP Workloads on Azure, and developing/further optimizing SAP on
Cloud Adoption Model plus providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers
° Ensures solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability in operational mode
° Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects in developing complex end to end Enterprise Scale Solutions on Microsoft Azure Platform
° Prepare the ERP Systems for S/4Hana by implementing SAP recommendations and best practice guidance
