Description
For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Desktop Support Technician' for a 12 month project in Espoo, Finland. Must be Finnish Speaking
The ideal 'Desktop Support Technician' will need to have the following experience
- At least 1.5 year of Service Desk related experience
- MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification or completion of the ITIS EUC Academy or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Shared Drives, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Scripting, Win Registry, SQL, Server Administration
- Excellent Hardware knowledge (Desktop, Laptop, Cisco/Avaya telephone devices, mobile devices Android/iOS)
- Capability to understand IT environment, basic knowledge about networks, TCP/IP, PC Configuration, Email systems
- Minimum High School Degree (preferred College/University Degree or studies in progress)
- Knowledge of mobile platforms and MDMs
- ITIL Foundation knowledge
Advantages:
- Certification in any of the relevant technologies
- Experience in Back End infra and Workstation support functions
