Harvey Nash's public sector client requires a creative Intranet Content Manager to join their core project team on an interim basis for the next 9 months. This role is based in Edinburgh.
This project offers a skilled Content Editor an exciting opportunity to support the Project team which includes a dedicated Project Manager, Intranet Business Lead, and a Project Support officer - in the creation, re-development and migration of content from the existing Intranet to the new SharePoint Online platform,
- Strong background in a content creation and/or editorial role
- Knowledge of content management systems, ideally SharePoint Online
- An understanding of online writing procedures, such as brand/editorial style, content structure, accessibility, and Search Engine Optimisation
- Experience of working in a project and team environment
- Experience of working on an Intranet or website migration or development project
- Ability to take on responsibility and use initiative to prioritise and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to engage professionally and positively with all business areas
- Good people skills
