Junior Data Analyst
SAP Experience
My client are a FTSE100 global company and they are searching for a Junior Data Analysts to join the team in their office in Park Royal on a 2 month initial contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Identification of obsolete and invalid data/components
- Engagement with key stakeholders to determine removal of obsolete data
- SAP updates and maintenance
- Exporting data from SAP and cross referencing against master files
- Assisting in definition of process for future use
- Cleansing of over 5000 components
- Maintaining all relevant data on systems and off line databases
- Provide analytical support to planning and procurement
- Liaising with Supply sites for resolution of any queried data
- Support to procurement with standard setting
Skills Required
- High level of Data Analysis and management skills
- Thorough systems knowledge in areas such as SAP & Microsoft office - especially excel
