Job Title: .NET Developer

Job Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Job Type: Contract - 6months +

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to design solutions that meet our clients requirements
  • Work with teams of different sizes, skills and geographies for multiple projects and clients within the financial services and Commodities sectors
  • Work on large scale projects and assist with technical design, planning & delivery
  • Work closely with PMs/SMs to facilitate planning and delivery
  • Drive best practices adoption
  • Assist with the Accumulation of on-going knowledge of the latest technology, business and market trends to ensure client stay a step ahead of clients and competitors.

Technology And Engineering Requirements

  • We are looking for a high calibre engineers who can design and implement solutions combining multiple technologies, frameworks and libraries to deliver outcomes that meet our clients' business objectives. The ideal candidates' background will have a strong focus on Server Side design and development with the following skills profile:

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience with C# and ASP.NET/.NET Core/.NET Web API core framework concepts and fundamentals
  • REST Web services & API Experience
  • Strong database experience with MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong architectural knowledge with two or more of - MicroServices, 12 Factor Applications and Event Driven architectures
  • Messaging knowledge (Topics, Queues & Publish Subscribe)
  • Agile Delivery experience
  • DevOps/Automation experience (CI, CD, Aggregated Logging & Metrics)
  • QA experience (eg Test Pyramid, Automated Testing)
  • Experience of working in an Agile teams with CI/CD, DevOps Pipeline and Atlassian products eg JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of cloud and DevOps

General Requirements

  • Experience in client facing and/or consulting roles
  • Openness to travel
  • Strong academic background desirable
