Senior Powershell Automation Engineer - £500 a Day - 6-Month Contract - Corsham
iO Associates are looking for a Senior Powershell Automation Engineer to join my client based in Corsham, for initially 6 months, with a day rate of £500.
The client has just won a large piece of work which will require the Senior Powershell Automation Engineer to hit the ground running. This Software Engineer must specialise in PowerShell and must be comfortable writing scripts to automate tasks. The candidate must also be SC Cleared.
Job requirements include:
- Strong experience with Powershell
- Strong experience using standard Infrastructure APIs (eg Cisco) to automate code
- Strong experience using the VMware REST libraries
- Have a good understanding of the major VMware components (ESXi, vCentre, Horizon etc).
- Strong experience using tools such as JIRA and Git/Bitbucket
- Come from an Application Packaging/Installation and Configuration background
- Must be SC Cleared
