An incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join a leading FS organisation and its sister company on the development of cross-channel experience that will have both digital and in store touchpoints.
This position will see you join a part of the business with high performing and widely recognised services that are used by thousands of customers. You will be involved from initial project discussions right through the optimisation process and have huge influence on the products' future direction.
A background or experience in E-commerce user experience would be highly beneficial.
The right person for this role;
*Will have broad design experience with a passion for cross-channel experience design
*Will have excellent experience in product optimisation and be an advocate for continuous improvement
*Will have strong stakeholder management experience and enjoy educating others in the importance of great UX
This position would be well suited to someone who is passionate about promoting user behaviours, needs, and motivations to stakeholders and collaborating to deliver improved services to the business and its customers.
