My client a global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Network/Security Engineer to join their team.
As the Network/Security Engineer you will provide engineering guidance for network and security teams managing the overall environment. You will also create and provide detailed documentation and Visio drawings for network and Security designs and configurations.
Key skill and experience
*Detailed experience as a Network/Security Engineer.
*Extensive knowledge and experience of Cisco network and security systems
*The ability to explain and gather requirements for medium to complex projects. This includes translating business need to technical specifications and execution of solutions.
*Experience with creating and providing detailed documentation and Visio drawings for network and Security designs and configurations.
*Experience with configuring and install various network devices and services (eg, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, DNS, DHCP)
*knowledge of LAN Switching technologies, Including VSS, OSPF, Cisco 3850, Cisco Catalyst 9000, 68xx, 4500, Nexus 9000 Switches.
*Cloud services such as Zscaler or/and Amazon Web Services.
*Cisco Certification - Cisco CCIE Security/Route Switch certification or equivalent through experience is highly beneficial.
