My client urgently requires a Contracts SME:

Supply Chain Operations is looking for a Contracts SME with a minimum of 7 years experience in Contract Management and/or Contract Administration/Negotiations, with specific knowledge in novating/assigning and/or duplication of agreements. In this role, the individual will be responsible for quickly and accurately reviewing contracts to identify critical requirements for transfer and/or name change notification. Individual will also work with cross functional teams to validate acquired company's current contract named entity and prepare/send notification communications and address direct inquiries from suppliers. Individual will maintain the master list of requirements with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of notifications, track responses and address questions and prepare executive summaries on status.

Individual must have some contract knowledge within all categories and types of contracts and contract elements: ie. Contract Labor, Software, Hardware, Logistics, MSA's, SOW's, SLA's, Addendums and Amendments. Experience working in contract workspaces such as Ariba, Apttus, or Salesforce desired. Ability to work with large volumes and under tight deadlines required.

Education: Bachelors Degree; Experience: 7+ years.
