DevOps/Python Software Engineer - £550 a Day - 6-Month Contract - Corsham
iO Associates are looking for a DevOps/Python Software Engineer to join my client based in Corsham, for initially 6 months, with a day rate of £550.
The client has just won a large piece of work which will require the DevOps/Python Software Engineer to hit the ground running. You will have to have a proven track record working in DevOps culture, and strong experience/background in Python Scripting. The candidate must also be SC Cleared.
Job requirements include:
- Strong experience with Python (with Ansible)
- Strong experience using standard Infrastructure APIs (eg Cisco) to automate code
- Strong experience using the VMware REST libraries
- Have a good understanding of the major VMware components (ESXi, vCentre, Horizon etc).
- Strong experience using tools such as JIRA and Git/Bitbucket
- Come from a DevOps background
- Must be SC Cleared
