On behalf of one of our customer, SENOVO is currently looking for:
Role: SAP CS-SD Consultant
Location: Milan (30 mins north from central part of Milan)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: June 2020 plus possible extension
Capacity: full time preferred (negotiable)
More in detail:
o Good knowledge of the processes of Maintenance Contracts (with activation of Billing Plan with advances and Revenues Recognition), Field service - Intervention by the customer - with invoicing from DP90 or without (ie with SD without DP90), Return & Repairs, Offered by DP80, Guarantees,
o Good knowledge of Equipment management with Serial Number with related impacts on warehouse movements and sales/service processes. Welcome BOM knowledge of maintenance.
o Knowledge of the impacts on the other modules that gravitate around the service process and the CS module: MM (good knowledge of spare parts management on OdS - commitments/purchases - Warehouse - Material Ledger - Serial Number), SD (Contracts, DP90, R&R std Billing Plan with Advances), Controlling (subject of controlling, AdR, etc ...), Revenues Recognition
habit of carrying out from macro level analysis, to analysis of AS IS/TO BE gaps, TO BE designation, Functional Analysis, Realization, etc.
