This job role joins a dedicated team designed to provide the relevant support to the business, introducing new ways of working and implementation of effective monitoring tools to ensure its impact.
The Business Support Analyst key objective is to be a go to function for internal stakeholders to resolve process issues, queries, and request process innovation to aid the maxmisation of opportunities.
Key skills and duties include:
- Actively identify and execute technical improvements to the Digital platform, Ecommerce platforms, EPOS and Supply Chain solutions
- Work alongside key business stakeholders, identifying business needs and requirements
- Gather information to successfully propose business process improvements and deliver the enhancements to meet those needs identified
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including capturing and prioritising defects for the Development team.
- Troubleshoot Digital and Omni issues and lead resolution, diagnosis and communication
- Provide guidance and best practice to Change Management team when necessary
Essential to this role is a strong mix of technical and functional experience in eCommerce systems including product information management, order management, payment processing, content management and Front End UI.
Excellent knowledge of web platforms and systems integration and a detailed knowledge of the major business processes in the sales and manufacturing industry are also required to be successful in any application.
