Description
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an English and Italian speaking SAP FICO Trainer to provide functional training support to the Training Program Team in the area of Finance and Controlling and will play a key role in deployment of the training programme and the new Enterprise Learning Management System with a focused approach on performance based learning and analytics to join the team of its end user client in Bologne, Italy & expensed travel to Porto, Portugal for 12 months on a Full time basis.
This is a contract position
Responsibilities
- Execute training development program
- Train on support tools and system environments
- Train on the new system functionality and business processes
- Create and develop training materials: Presentations, Manuals, User Guides, Work Instructions and/or any other required material.
- Build and deploy associated courses
- Coordinate training activities with Programme Training Lead
- Manage training environment and training landscape
- Mapping and configuring the organisational structure, integrating all training related activities and overall management of training into the new LMS together with the Enterprise LMS Team.
- Responsible for ensuing data integrity within the Learning Management System
Experience
- Experience in delivering training programmes
- Strong Functional Knowledge of SAP S/4 (Finance and Controlling) modules
- Experience in creating and deploying all kinds of training materials
- Experience in LMS systems
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Excellent communication and organisational and cultural skills
