Description
My client is seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to join an established public sector organization based in Southampton for a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.
The role will require the successful individual to work alongside their brand marketing team as part of a large change programme within the organisation. This will involve the creation of user journeys, flows and interface wireframes to provide the organization with an effective customer experience.
The role will also require:
- Researching, conceiving, sketching, protoyping and user-testing experiences for the online journey
- Working with other designers within an agile framework
- Presenting concepts to stakeholders and attending meetings to discuss and review progress on the projects
- Taking a user-centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
- Exposure to Axure and InVision
- Extensive experience using practical tools eg sketching concepts, wireframe flows, rapid click through prototyping
- Proficient in planning and conducting user research tests eg A/B testing, first click, tree testing, heuristic analysis and moderated usability testing
- Iterating designs and solutions through 'test and learn'
- Confident working with stakeholders
