Finnish Speaking Desktop Support Technician - Espoo, Finland

We have received instructions from one of the world's most innovative banks for a Desktop Support Technician. This exciting and challenging project is happening in a beautiful and vibrant city in Finland and will provide long term (12months +) job continuity and lots of job satisfaction.

What you can expect to be doing in this great role:

Required Key Skills and Experience:

  • At least 1 year of Service Desk related experience
  • MCP/MCSA/MCSE certification or completion of the ITIS EUC Academy or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Shared Drives, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Scripting, Win Registry, SQL, Server Administration
  • Excellent Hardware knowledge (Desktop, Laptop, Cisco/Avaya telephone devices, mobile devices Android/iOS)
  • Capability to understand IT environment, basic knowledge about networks, TCP/IP, PC Configuration, Email systems
  • Minimum High School Degree (preferred College/University Degree or studies in progress)
  • Knowledge of mobile platforms and MDMs
  • ITIL Foundation knowledge
