Description
Logix Resourcing are currently hiring for an IT Project Co-ordinator to join a global business in Singapore on a 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will have experience co-ordinating multiple projects at the same time within a global environment.
Duties
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Assisting and supporting the project manager
- Designing and controlling the project schedule
- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value.
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities
- Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support
- Organise project team meetings and record minutes
Key Skills and experience
- 2+ years' experience in a IT Project Co-ordinator position
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Project management skills and knowledge of project management best practices
- Fluent English
- Experience co-ordinating multiple projects at the same time within a global environment.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Daily rate: €400 to €425 per day
Location: Singapore
