Description
We require a skilled Marketing Manager, Performance optimisation consultant, marketing consultant, campaign optimisation to perform the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Support Performance, Optimisation & Interaction with a large portfolio of credit card activity by partnering with the product and marketing conversion teams to identify and drive improvements in conversion levels.
- Using campaign reporting tools available, make recommendations on campaign targeting to improve campaign effectiveness, exploiting key customer segmentation to support Group strategic objectives.
- Identify specific stages of interactions (eg campaign selections/hygiene rules) where opportunities exist, making appropriate recommendations to improve interactions by contact channel and target audiences.
- Non-technical role. Requires stakeholder management skills, understanding of credit card marketing MI and optimising campaigns.
EXPERIENCE IN THE PAYMENTS ECOSYSTEM IS MANDATORY
