support the Client's Hosting Cloud programme business case:
you will need to Produce benefits and economics case that supports move to cloud-based solutions to realise the expected benefits.
Identify ways that cloud environments can deliver both financial and non-financial benefits to defence, building on existing benefits case built under previous business case
Use industry benchmarks to build a robust case that will stand up to scrutiny
Work with customer communities, approvals team, scrutiny community and other stakeholders to build an associated economic case that will support the hosting business case development
Specifics:
- Produce Benefits mapping
- Benefits baseline and target setting
- Identification of benefits owners
- Redevelop existing Benefits realisation plan
- Business case development and analysis
- Definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Validation of expected benefits
- Benefits tracking, measurement, reporting and monitoring
- Dashboards for key metrics
- Forecast benefits are achievable and represent value for money
- Forecast benefits are achieved in practice as early as possible
- Emergent benefits are leveraged and optimised
- Benefits are defined and results tracked
- Resources are targeted where they can obtain the greatest return
- Successful delivery of benefits boosts confidence in an organisation's ability to deliver cloud-based hosting solutions.
Deliverable of the cloud hosting business case including economic case and benefit profiles end of March 20.
Post-delivery of the report we would need the successful applicant to help to embed and help roll out the business case to relevant groups of stakeholders.
Flexible working but will need to be onsite for at least 2 days a week
